Maintenance Planner - Light Vehicle & Ancillary

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Mobile Maintenance Planner within our Light Vehicle and Ancillary Team to support reliability and reduce downtime through structured planning and scheduling for our modern fleet of Toyota and Volvo Light Vehicles and Cat and Komatsu Ancillary equipment across our expanding Leonora operation! This role is on offer on a 4 days on 3 days off FIFO or DIDO roster to Leonora.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Light Vehicle and Ancillary, key responsibilities include:

• Develop & enhance preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Assist with BOM and work instructions for key planned work activities.
• Plan maintenance around production schedules to minimise productivity impacts.
• Analyse equipment data for predictive maintenance strategies
• Long term component replacement in line with reliability function
• Review asset strategy and rolling site maintenance plans.
• Work closely with reliability and asset team for critical whole of life strategies.

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:

• C Class Manual Drivers Licence
• Mechanical/Electrical Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree (preferred)
• Experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of maintenance planning and CMMS (Pronto and/or AMT highly desirable)
• Experience planning maintenance for light vehicles, ancillary equipment, or heavy mining assets
• System proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Driven self-starter looking to grow their career.
• Excellent communication skills for key internal and external stakeholder engagement
